The cosy Kaunas-based office Mobil is mainly focused on employee wellbeing and a comfortable and convenient work environment. Since the office does not have large premises, it was necessary to place the focus on sound insulation by installing acoustic screens between workspaces, which provide optimum protection against surrounding noise.

High acoustic walls, which are mobile and allow you to change their position, give staff privacy from the side of the street. The presence of neatness and cleanliness in the office reduces stress and chaos, therefore, in order to maintain tidiness, wires are kept hidden over desks in a flexible cable duct.

“Transrifus” office with modern design of great taste, spreading warm comfort, creates not only a cosy environment for employees, but also gives customers confidence. Ergonomic furniture, simple yet unusual color combination and delicate design of the space provide the office with luxury and comfort.

Materials used for the production of furniture: MDF panels, HPL high pressure laminate, wood chipboard, acoustic walls, glass, stainless steel frame.

Modern design combined with practical materials. Perforated metal walls or minimalistic flower pots not only look modern, but also can be used well for the separation of work areas.

Ergonomic and individual work furniture is adapted for productive work, comfortable areas for rest and leisure time are arranged according to the highest standards of modern office. This clean, ergonomic workplace helps employees to concentrate, while furniture made of high quality materials is especially durable. Thus, a functional environment can be created in every office.

It is an interior that combines authenticity and modernity. Monochrome tones prevail. During the implementation of this project, great attention was paid to the furniture quality and aesthetics. Their materiality is matching the idea of the project. Stainless rolled steel legs of work tables, wood chipboard countertops and cabinets, high-quality acoustic partitions, natural wood partition walls – everything creates a multipurpose and cosy office interior.

The balance between work and rest is essential for a successful and productive work day! And if the office environment itself is playful, exclusive and motivating, the work is not only facilitated, but also becomes very pleasant.

144 workplaces were designed in the office area occupying approximately 1.7 thousand sq. m. All of them are planned on the basis of open work spaces, socialization and recreation areas were also created.

Different materials were used. Arches were made of plywood, and tables were made of MDF boards, resistant to rubbing, moisture and wear. A great number of acoustic partitions create private working spaces, and serve as an accent detail for the interior. The reception is made of natural acrylic stone Hi-Macs®, and has an eye-catching angular shape. Wall-mounted metal shelves are made of painted stainless steel. In the kitchen area, only the highest quality materials were also selected – MDF with HPL coating, protecting the furniture from moisture and chemicals.
